This space is for late-identified autistic adults who spent years—likely decades—feeling like something was “off” but never knowing why.
If you’ve gone through life feeling invisible, misread, or like you had to keep performing just to survive, this is a place where you don’t have to do that anymore.
I don’t write about myself. I write to and for people like me. Because I know how painful it is to go through life without feeling truly seen, understood, or supported. That kind of disconnection leaves marks. It’s isolating. And no one should have to carry that alone.
Everything I share here is with the hope that you'll feel even a little more grounded, a little more validated, a little less alone. You won’t find neurotypical advice repackaged in autistic language. You’ll find reflections, tools, and words that speak to your actual experience—the kind most people don’t talk about out loud.
Subscribe to get writing that speaks directly to your nervous system, your lived reality, and your need for something real. You deserve that.
Thanks for being here. 💜
